Interfaces rejigged for parser implementation. Parser implemented. Now to go back to the code generation template. Only the rewrite stream left to do, which is a bit more work as it needs to be referenced like a common token stream in the genrated code, which means it nees to copy the interface for that and call an embedded common token stream. Seems like a really good thing to do though, so I wll do it shortly (probaby after tree parser runtime, which looks easy)
