UI Update

Major changes:

1. Updated navigation:
                I attempted to streamline the navigation in general and give users quick access to most functionality from every page.
                The homepage now lands on the "Overview" section of the events tab to better fit with what it is showing users.
                I'm still not entirely satisfied with this, as there is no way to directly add a new event from a venue page.

2. erb CSS files
                I'm using erb to generate dynamic CSS files. Colors are defined in SiteController#style. This allows for quick and easy color modification.

3. Prototype out, jQuery in
                In order to simplify the creation of custom interactive controls in the future, I've switched to using the jQuery javascript library. This has necessitated replacing the existing calendar_date_select plugin with the jQuery Datepicker UI plugin.

4. Table view for events
                The events/index view now uses a table structure to display and sort events. The style of this table should be used as a guide to style existing list views.

Assorted other things:
- Removed plugin: calendar_date_select
- Installed plugin: jRails (http://ennerchi.com/projects/jrails)
- Removed template references to calendar_date_select
- Added js files for jquery datepicker
- Updated project description on the front page
- Removed blueprint-css, replaced with alternate version minus grid functions in base.css and components/ .
- Moved layout header and footer into partials
- Created css file for general layout
- Added base layout that includes the header, footer, and nothing else
- Added css support to SiteController. Renders site/styles/base.css.erb by default.
- Moved sqlite mime type into the mime initializer.
- Transfered control of css files to SiteController#style
- Removed static styles.
- Switched our earlier modification of gmaps_on_rails to use jQuery instead of prototype.
- Added time picker to event form.
- Updated event controller to create DateTime from multi-field form input.
- Changed gcal reminder button to a text link.
- Updated home page layout.
- Added status to subnav menus
