when working in --keep-open, links stay "selected" after you click them. This should probably be changed to a "visited" type of look but does the trick for remembering where you went in a large file

* reintroduced that "keep open" option for the List command ... this will keep the list open as you open files
* added a hack for diff file navigation. I just needed a way to navigate huge rdiff files ... maybe someone can help make this a little flexible

* HTML Special Items List / function nav thing is now mouse-free! (thanks Max)
* added focus on Special Items list for the current function/class/entity you are in
* cleaned up PHP code on Special Items List for faster display (someday this will happen in Python for optimization)
* added window.close() to Special Items Popup
* added sortable commands
* commands now look for $TM_PYTHON if you have a custom Python binary you want to use for any reason

Just a small change to keep the javascript up to date with what works in browsers. This still doesn't work with Apple WebKit just yet (key up/ key down issue)

committed Max's javascript that -- in theory -- would allow keyboard access to the list items. It still works, albeit requiring some mousing around. Just thought I would add the javascript for safe keeping in case someone has an idea how to make this work with WebKit :)
